How are bookings that need two therapists at once, like couples massage, handled?

You configure the treatment as one that requires two therapists at the same time. The AI then only offers time windows where both therapists — and a suitable room, if you have set one up — are simultaneously free, so a couples session is never confirmed with only half the team available.

Can the AI guide first-time visitors who don’t know your menu?

Yes. You can instruct the AI to walk new clients through the menu more thoroughly — asking whether they want relaxation, pain relief or recovery, and describing the treatments that fit. It mirrors the consultative conversation your reception team would have, but it is available at any hour.
