You must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid WhatsApp number to use the service. By registering, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.
Your use of the service must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. Violation may result in suspension or termination of your account.

All content, code, design, and branding of WpAsis are the exclusive property of Web Engine Dijital. You retain ownership of the data you upload or generate through the service.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
We provide the service on a best-effort basis. Planned maintenance windows and uptime commitments are described in our Service Level Agreement.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard settings. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of İstanbul, Turkey.
