  • Service data: WhatsApp message metadata (timestamps, sender/receiver identifiers, delivery status). We do not permanently store the content of WhatsApp messages.

2. Why We Collect It

Your data is processed to provide and improve our AI-powered WhatsApp assistant service, to authenticate your account, to prevent fraud and abuse, to comply with legal obligations, and to communicate with you about your subscription and support requests.

3. How We Store It

All data is stored in a PostgreSQL database encrypted at rest. Data in transit is protected by 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption. Access to production systems is restricted to authorised personnel only.

4. Who Can Access It

Your data is accessible only to authorised WpAsis team members who need it to operate the service. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties.

5. Data Retention

  • Account data: retained until you submit a deletion request.
  • System logs: retained for 90 days, then automatically purged.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your data.
  • Request data portability in a machine-readable format.

7. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party providers:

  • Stripe — for payment processing. Stripe's own privacy policy applies to payment data.
  • OpenAI API — to generate AI-powered responses. Customer messages are sent to OpenAI for processing but are not stored permanently by WpAsis or used for model training.
