This policy outlines the cancellation and refund terms for WpAsis services provided by Web Engine Dijital.
The free plan is completely free of charge. No payment information is required, and no charges will ever be applied to free-plan accounts.
You may cancel your paid subscription at any time. There is no cancellation fee. Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the free plan.
In accordance with the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, new subscribers are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of their first subscription purchase. During this period, you may request a full refund.
Pursuant to Article 53(m) of Law No. 6502, if the digital service has been actively used (e.g., WhatsApp assistant connected and messages processed) with the consumer's prior explicit consent, the right of withdrawal may not apply. By activating and using the service, you acknowledge this limitation.
To cancel your subscription, go to your Dashboard → Settings → Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect immediately for billing purposes, but your access continues until the end of the paid period.
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. The exact timeline depends on your bank or card issuer.
