Can WpAsis handle multi-night stays with check-in and check-out dates?
Yes — multi-day booking is built in. The AI asks for check-in and check-out dates, checks which rooms are free for that entire range, and confirms the stay against a specific room. Availability is tracked per room per night, so a five-night booking blocks exactly those nights.
How does WpAsis prevent double-booking a room?
Every room is a separate resource with its own calendar. When a stay is confirmed, the reserved date range is blocked for that room, and any overlapping request is offered other rooms or other dates instead. The conflict check runs on the server for every request, not just in the chat.
Does WpAsis support multiple room types?
Yes. You can configure as many rooms and unit types as your property has — each with its own name, capacity and description. Guests can ask about a specific type, compare options in the conversation, and the AI checks availability for each unit independently.
Can guests add special requests to their booking?
Yes. During the conversation the AI can ask about special requests — early check-in, a cot for a baby, dietary notes — and stores them on the reservation record. Your team sees every request in the dashboard when reviewing upcoming arrivals, so nothing depends on memory.
Does WpAsis sync with OTA calendars or channel managers?
WpAsis manages its own availability calendar based on the bookings it confirms, and you manage everything from the WpAsis dashboard. Direct synchronization with external channel managers and OTA calendars is not part of the product today — keep those calendars updated in their own systems.
