Class capacity control

Common questions.

Can WpAsis handle group class bookings with limited spots?

Yes. You set a capacity for each class — say twelve spots for a spin session — and the AI tracks bookings against that cap. Once the class is full it stops offering it, and further inquiries are pointed to a waitlist or to alternative session times instead.

What if my availability changes from week to week?

WpAsis supports custom weekly schedules and exception days. You define a default weekly template, then adjust individual dates — blocking a holiday, opening extra hours for a busy week, or marking a trainer unavailable. Clients are only ever offered slots that are genuinely open.

Do my clients need to download an app to book?

No. Everything happens inside WhatsApp, which your clients almost certainly already use. There is no app to install, no account to create and no website to navigate — a client sends a message, picks a slot from the reply, and the session is confirmed in the same chat.

How does WpAsis handle last-minute cancellations?

When a client cancels in the chat, the AI acknowledges it, frees the slot in your calendar and can notify you immediately. The opened time can then be offered to waitlisted or other clients, and clients cancelling inside your lead-time window can automatically be shown your cancellation policy.

Can WpAsis send post-session follow-up messages?

Automated post-session follow-ups are on the product roadmap; today WpAsis focuses on booking, confirmation and pre-session reminders. In the meantime you can use the broadcast feature to send periodic check-ins or re-engagement messages to your client list, and replies flow back into the same assistant.
