Can clients book with their preferred stylist through WpAsis?

Yes. Each stylist is set up as a named staff member with their own calendar. When a client mentions a stylist by name, the AI checks that person’s specific availability and books with them. If the preferred stylist is busy at the requested time, it suggests their nearest open slot instead.

How does WpAsis handle services with different durations, like color?

Every service is configured with its own duration and optional buffer time. For variable treatments you can create separate entries — for example “Color, short hair” and “Color, long hair” with different lengths — and the AI reserves the right amount of chair time for whichever service the client selects.

What happens if a stylist is ill and their day needs to move?

You mark the stylist as unavailable for the day in the dashboard, which removes their slots from booking immediately. To reach the affected clients, you can send them a WhatsApp broadcast with alternative times. Fully automated rescheduling for staff absences is on the product roadmap.

Can the AI reply to clients in different languages?
