Distance Sales Agreement

This Distance Sales Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into in accordance with the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts. It governs the sale of digital subscription services through wpasis.com.

Buyer: The individual or entity that registers an account on wpasis.com and completes a subscription purchase ("User").

2. Service Description

The service consists of an AI-powered WhatsApp assistant subscription that enables the Buyer to automate customer communication via WhatsApp, including responding to messages, managing appointments, and handling inquiries.

3. Service Delivery

The service is delivered digitally and becomes available instantly upon successful payment confirmation. No physical product is shipped.

4. Price and Payment

Subscription prices are displayed on the pricing page at the time of purchase. All prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. The Buyer is charged on a recurring basis according to the selected billing cycle (monthly or annual).

5. Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from this agreement within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase without providing any reason. For details on how to exercise this right, see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Limitations on Withdrawal

In accordance with Article 53(m) of Law No. 6502, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content or services that have been actively used with the Buyer's prior explicit consent. By connecting a WhatsApp number and actively using the AI assistant, the Buyer acknowledges that the digital service has been performed and the right of withdrawal may no longer be exercised.

7. Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved by the courts and consumer arbitration committees of İstanbul, Turkey.

8. Acceptance

By completing a purchase on wpasis.com, the Buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted all terms of this Distance Sales Agreement.
